Live with like-minded professionals! Spend the winter into Spring and Summer months in this furnished, cozy, nicely remodeled home. We cater to traveling professionals or singles/couples looking for a 60-day or more rental term. The home has three rentable, private suites, each with lockable doors, private bathrooms, smart TVs, private patios, mini fridge and walk-in closets. Beds and mattresses are nearly brand new with luxurious bedding and linens available as needed.
All units are offered on a month-to-month lease with a 30-day minimum stay. The furnished, shared spaces include:
- A large, fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, pellet smoker and Keurig coffee maker
- Living room with a gas fireplace and comfortable leather furniture
- Dining room with a dining table (6 place settings) that overlooks the pond
- Hot tub perfect for an evening or early morning soak
- Fully fenced yard including a pond with a water feature and plenty of room for well-behaved dogs
- Laundry facilities have a Maytag washer & dryer, kitchen storage, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and an ironing board, all available for tenant usage
- Uniquely coded door locks for the exterior doors for tenant security
- Two on-demand hot water heaters; you will never have a cold shower!
- A large fire pit for small social gatherings
- Business speed internet is included in the monthly price along with all utilities
(We) the owners live on the property in a separate unit and are available for any needs that may arise during your stay but, are also very respectful your privacy. This is a pet friendly property and welcomes well-behaved dogs!
In order to apply for a stay at our property, there is a $40 application fee which goes toward a credit and background check. Because this is a shared home, we are diligent in our pre-screening process. We want our tenants to feel safe and at home while staying with us.
Highlights of the neighborhood include walking distance to great, local restaurants & hang outs, close to Pilot Butte, public transportation and a Bird's Nest (electric bike rental).

- Mt. Bachelor Suite has a private bathroom, king size bed, smart TV, decent size closet and private patio. This suite is available for $1800/mo for single occupancy or $1950 for double occupancy.
- Black Butte Suite has a private bathroom, king size bed, smart TV, a decent size closet and private patio. This suite is available for $1800/mo for single occupancy or $1950 for double occupancy.
- Smith Rock Suite has a private bathroom, queen size bed, smart TV, a decent size closet and private patio. This suite is available for $1400/mo. for single occupancy not available for double occupancy.

All three of our Suites come fully furnished and include either a king or queen bed, dresser and/or desk, great storage, walk-in closet, mini fridge, and smart TV. Each room has a private bathroom, shower and toilet. Additionally, each suite has a private patio with outdoor seating space, perfect for our pet-friendly guests.
